Our Approach

Understanding Client Requirements

The Right Solution Begins with the Right Understanding

At PackMyPrint, every project starts with understanding our client's product, brand, market and expectations.

Rather than offering a standard solution, we first gather the information needed to determine the most appropriate material, construction, printing process, finishing, quantity and delivery solution for the project.

Client Consultation & Specification Review

What We Understand Before We Begin

Product & Application

What is being packed, labelled or printed, and how will the finished product be used?

Size & Construction

Required dimensions, structure, product weight, protection and functional requirements.

Material Requirements

Paper, paperboard, corrugated board, label materials, fabrics or other suitable substrates based on the application.

Brand & Print Requirements

Artwork, brand colours, print quality, special finishes, embellishments and overall presentation expectations.

Quantity & Supply Requirements

Initial order quantity, expected repeat volumes and future supply requirements.

Quality Expectations

Approved samples, colour references, dimensional tolerances, finishing standards and other agreed specifications.

Sustainability Requirements

Where required, we consider material choices, recyclability, responsible sourcing and opportunities to reduce unnecessary packaging.

Market & Compliance Requirements

For products intended for specific applications or markets, relevant customer-specified testing, documentation or compliance requirements are identified at the development stage.

Budget & Commercial Requirements

We consider target pricing and order volumes so that the proposed solution is not only attractive, but commercially practical.

Packing, Logistics & Delivery

We consider how products will be packed, handled, transported and delivered—including international shipments where required.

From Requirement to Solution

Once the requirements are understood, our team works with appropriate manufacturing partners to develop the specification, material selection, construction and production approach.

Where necessary, samples or prototypes can be developed for evaluation and approval before mass production.

01
Product Design & Sample Preparation

Turning Requirements into the Right Product

Develop → Sample → Evaluate → Approve → Produce

From an initial concept to an approved sample, we focus on getting the details right before production begins.

Once we understand the client's requirements, the next step is to develop a solution that combines functionality, appearance, quality and commercial practicality.

At PackMyPrint, product development may include:

  • Material Selection – Choosing suitable materials based on product use, appearance and performance.
  • Structural Design – Developing the right size, shape, construction and functionality.
  • Artwork & Print Planning – Reviewing artwork, colours, printing methods and finishing requirements.
  • Prototype & Sample Preparation – Creating samples or prototypes where required to evaluate the product before mass production.
  • Testing & Evaluation – Checking dimensions, fit, appearance, functionality and other agreed specifications.
  • Client Approval – Finalizing the approved specification or sample as the reference for production.

This development process helps identify potential issues early and ensures that the proposed solution is practical, producible and aligned with the client's expectations.

Materials Selection

The Right Material Makes the Difference

Our objective is to select materials that protect the product, support production, enhance brand presentation and perform reliably throughout the product journey.

At PackMyPrint, material selection is an important part of developing a successful print or packaging solution. We evaluate materials based on the product, application, appearance, performance, sustainability requirements and budget.

Depending on the project, we consider:

  • Strength & Durability – Suitable for product protection, handling and transportation.
  • Print Performance – Appropriate surface for colour reproduction, graphics and finishing.
  • Product Compatibility – Materials selected according to the intended application, including food, apparel, retail, luxury and industrial packaging.
  • Appearance & Brand Positioning – Texture, thickness, finish and overall presentation that complement the brand.
  • Sustainability – Recyclable, responsibly sourced or material-efficient options where appropriate.
  • Cost & Production Efficiency – Balancing quality and performance with commercially practical production.

Where required, we can evaluate material samples before final selection and production.

Production Capabilities

Production Capabilities

Depending on the project, PackMyPrint can coordinate production for commercial printing, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, food packaging, luxury packaging, labels, apparel tags and trims, retail packaging, promotional materials and customized printed products.

At PackMyPrint, we understand that different products and industries require different standards of material quality, safety, durability, performance and presentation. We check throughout the production process—not only at the final stage.

We therefore work with qualified manufacturing partners and select materials and production processes according to the product application, customer specifications and destination-market requirements. We ensure that finished products meet the agreed specifications, approved samples and customer requirements.

  • Food & Beverage Packaging – We support requirements for suitable food-contact materials, printing, coatings and packaging constructions based on the intended application. Where required, relevant compliance documentation can be obtained or verified with the manufacturing partner.
  • Apparel Labels, Tags & Packaging – We focus on colour consistency, print clarity, material quality, dimensional accuracy, durability and finishing. Requirements such as wash performance, barcode readability, RFID functionality or specific material standards can be addressed according to the product specification.
  • Corrugated Boxes & Shipping Packaging – Quality considerations include board grade, flute type, dimensions, print quality, construction and strength appropriate to the product, handling and transportation requirements. Performance testing can be specified where required.
  • Premium & Retail Packaging – We focus on material consistency, colour reproduction, structural accuracy, finishing, appearance and overall presentation to ensure the packaging reflects the intended brand positioning.
  • Standards Based on Your Market – Where a project requires specific food-contact, sustainability, material, performance, testing or other regulatory standards, these requirements are identified during the project-development stage and coordinated with suitable manufacturing partners.

Quality Assurance

Finished Product Quality Assurance

Quality Confirmed Before Every Shipment

Our commitment is to identify potential issues before they reach our customers - helping ensure that every shipment reflects the quality, consistency and presentation their brand deserves.

At PackMyPrint, completing production is not the end of the process. Before products are packed and released for shipment, finished goods are evaluated against the approved specifications, samples and agreed quality requirements.

Our final quality assurance process focuses on the areas that directly influence product performance, presentation and customer satisfaction:

  • Print & Colour Consistency – Print clarity, colour consistency, registration and overall reproduction are reviewed against approved references.
  • Material & Dimensional Accuracy – Material, thickness, dimensions, construction and other specified parameters are verified where applicable.
  • Finishing & Workmanship – Die-cutting, folding, gluing, lamination, coating, foil stamping, embossing and other finishing processes are examined for consistency and workmanship.
  • Structural & Functional Performance – Packaging is checked for proper assembly, fit, closure and functionality according to its intended application.
  • Visual Appearance – Finished products are examined for printing defects, scratches, marks, incorrect finishing, contamination, damage or other unacceptable variations.
  • Barcode, QR & RFID Verification – Where applicable, identification features are checked for readability and functionality.
  • Quantity & Packing Verification – Quantities, packing methods, carton identification and product protection are verified before dispatch.
Quality with Traceability

Where appropriate, inspection records, approved samples, colour references, measurement data or photographic records can be maintained to support quality verification and traceability.
